Souffle Egg is actually simple to make, the worst part is the whisking! This soft, fluffy egg tastes great with melted cheese.

Ingredients:
• 2 Egg Whites
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• Thin slices or shredded Cheese (I put a few in, put as many as you want)
• 1 tbsp Oil for panfrying
Instructions:
1. Separate Egg Whites from yolks & add in the salt to the egg whites.
2. Whisk egg whites until you reach a stiff peak.
2. Mix the egg yolks in a separate bowl from earlier and GENTLY mix/fold it into the egg whites/stiff peak
4. Grease a pan on low-medium, once pan is warm enough scoop in your mixture, smooth out the surface, optional: add your cheese, then cover with the lid for 3-4 minutes (I did 4 minutes & it turned out great).
