YOGA QUICKIE: Lower Body Cool Down | 18-Minute Post-Workout Mobility Sequence with Oceana Mariani

This lower body cool down routine is aimed at my fellow Oly Lifters, but hopefully those of you looking to stretch it out after other types of resistance training (body building, calisthenics, climbing, swimming etc) will still find something helpful here. A solid cool down routine after any type of resistance training is essential if you’re looking to achieve peak performance and prevent future injuries.
If you feel like holding any of these poses for longer (up to 5 minutes) then feel free to pause the video at any point. Please also note that this is a yoga-inspired cool down sequence so you will still want to follow on from this with some foam rolling or anything else that supports a strong and speedy recovery for your body.
