As you start running a race, you may feel your breath rate increasing in some time, making you slow and eventually tired. Effective training pace for running takes into account all external and internal factors that help you determine how fast or slow you should go. To run a marathon, one needs strategic pacing to be able to complete the race efficiently. In this video, running coach Anubhav Karmakar talks about pacing yourself on a race day.
