The first few songs by Ritsu were manually made (presumably from sound clips by Noto Mamiko ?), they later on made a UTAU voicebank for him/her/it also (see the text on sm8541405 for link to dl the voicebank)

And fake or not, I love his/her voice and this song (even if the lyrics are deliberately cliché)

One of the spells people on 2ch created. It's effect is "Freezing everything including the atmosphere around your opponent. Your opponent dies"
So the whole song was a chant summoning the spell XD

In here this doesn't mean the usual "talk people into doing things" way. 言霊 is a concept that words themselves have power. Kind of like in the Old Speech of Earthsea (the books, the Animation movie doesn't quite cover this part)
