For the Pastry

1 1/2 Cups of Plain Flour
1/2 a Teaspoon of Salt
60g / 2oz of Soften Butter
60g / 2oz of Soften Lard
2 -3 Tablespoons of Ice Cold Water

For the Filling

180g / 6oz of Bacon
1/2 a Cup of Spring Onions
4 Eggs
1 Cup of Milk
1/2 a Cup of Thick Cream
1/4 of a Teaspoon of Salt
Black Pepper to Taste
1 Tablespoon of Parsley
1 Cup of Tasty / Cheddar Cheese
