Calisformation Day 107: Almost 5x5 Weighted Pull-ups & New Dead Hang PR

Welcome to Calisformation Day 107!
Today I took the training back outside for a weighted calisthenics session. The goal was to hit 5x5 on pull-ups and 5x8 on dips with +10kg. I almost had a perfect session, but I realized that 6 days of ab training is affecting my recovery.
Today's Workout:
Weighted Pull-ups (+10kg): Almost hit 5x5!
Weighted Dips (+10kg): +5 reps compared to last week.
Weighted Australian Pull-ups (Rings): Great volume, but slippery footing.
Hanging Leg Raises: REMOVED from Mondays (Too much volume).
Dead Hang: New PR (completed 3 mins in 4 sets).
Next week, I am increasing the Dead Hang goal to 5 minutes!
