More than two months after a so-called “ceasefire,” Israeli forces continue committing grave violations—demolishing whole neighborhoods, surrounding homes with barbed wire, cutting down sacred olive trees that sustain Palestinian livelihoods, burning cars and homes, blocking humanitarian aid—and forcing Gazans into refugee tents through winter, where babies are freezing to death.
We stand with our community members in calling on Illinois elected officials to take a clear stand and support a true, immediate ceasefire.
