Occupational therapists Megan McGowan and Lauren Burgess, and physical therapists Fin Mears and Ruben Pagkatipunan, with the Johns Hopkins Myositis Center, join us again to discuss ways you can work with your local OT/PT team and provide at-home exercises to help keep exercise a part of the myositis patients life during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Part 2 covers and answers these important questions and includes exercise demonstrations and how to modify them:
1. When I am ready to go back to occupational therapy, what should be included in an occupational therapy evaluation?
2. When I am ready to go back to physical therapy, what should be included in a physical therapy evaluation?
3. What are typical goals you should expect in PT and OT?
