Hello all ♥️ I quickly change professions these days, from a fig farmer straight at being a home cook 👩🍳 I made one of the best dishes the Greek cuisine has to offer : stuffed zucchini with augolemono sauce (lemon and egg sauce) that has a very comforting and interesting process of cooking and can make an ordinary day seem special 🤩
The day of celebration for Saint Fanourios arrived so we had to prepare a yummy spiced walnut and raisin cake ♥️ And finally a simple buttery pasta dish from Mani called "tsouxti" completes a wonderful hot day at the fig farm 🥹♥️
