We all know the Dubai chocolate, but have you ever tried the combination in a tart shell. This tart is actually fairly easy to make and is so worth it!
It has all the textures, crispy, Gooey, Crunchy and Smooth. And off course the chocolate flavor is just amazing
Recipe:
Cocoa tart
75g Cold Butter
55g Icing Sugar
15g Almond Flour
15g Cocoa powder
30g Egg
120g Flour
1 pinch Salt
Bake at 170C for 10 min
Brownie
120g Dark Chocolate
60g Cold Butter
2 eggs
90g Sugar
15g Flour
12g Cocoa Powder
Bake at 170C for 15 min
Pistachio Crunch
100g Pistachio
100g Sugar
55g White Chocolate
Milke Chocolate Ganache
120g Milk Chocolate
80g Cream
