【No magic, it’s Taichi !!】
The weak beats the strong. The soft overcomes the hard.
Taichi neutralizes external force – it’s the kungfu of lightness in body and mind.
Taichi is the way to harmonize “ying and yang” in the body as well as the flow of chi by relaxing the body and thus to nurture the inner power.
Through calmness, stableness and relaxation of physical and mind, Taichi stabilizes the spine and core muscle so that we can root feet in the ground to receive huge external force. It’s about relaxing, not resisting.
Lao Tzu said “The highest goodness is like water. Water benefits all things and does not compete.”
Having the power of Taichi and chi is not to compete or win, instead, it’s the cultivation of mind and character. By constant self-consciousness and letting go of muscular force and thoughts, treat people and things nicely and let emotions flow freely. Relaxing the body and mind, you will be able to receive the external force and put it to the ground without stressing yourself.

這是太極:養內勁、鬆透、氣機陰陽調和全身的方法。
