Today let us gather here to commemorate a master swordsmith's life and career through the lens of the last ever commission he took--the Brescia Museum longsword forged by Purna Darnal, designed and commissioned by Brother Nathaniel, a.k.a. the Levin Lance ( / @thelevinlance6566 ).
This is a custom longsword based on the well-preserved mid-15th century longsword housed at the Museo delle Armi in Brescia, Italy. It is the inspiration of a number of prestigious model reproductions. How does Purna fare with his lifelong dedication and learning at swordsmithing forging this last sword before his untimely passing?
