How To Install Yamaha Blaster 200cc Two Stroke Adjustable LRD Exhaust for Built Motors

To realize the gains coming from this built motor I need to improve on two things. Taking air in and getting air out of this two stroke otherwise all the upgrades in this motor will get choked out.

In this video I work through installing a custom air intake from HPM Powersports for the genuine Keihin PWK35 Air Striker carb so I can move more air in. (You can buy this from HPMPowersports.com)

And I work on installing a right bend, much larger than stock, LRD adjustable pipe and silencer to help finish setting up this built Blaster.

I sourced the LRD Exhaust through forums on Facebook.

👉Ported OEM cylinder on second bore. Ported for Trail Riding by Swope Racing
👉Rechambered head to match the port and polish also by Swope Racing

👉Lightened Counter Balancer (2oz lighter)
👉Lightened Flywheel (8oz lighter. Most I've found are 6oz. I'm pushing it a bit with this one.)

👉Custom Air Intake from HPM PowerSports
👉ProDesign Carb Intake Manifold 34-35mm
👉Stainless bolt kit from HPM PowerSports
👉Advanceable Stator Plate from Ricky Stator
👉Stator has been floated to create a DC electrical system for future lighting.
👉High output lighting coil from Ricky Stator (OEM is 55watt. This is 75Watt)
👉Cases repaired and welded
