hi guys did some beef short ribs that I purchased from my local butcher "Brunk's Butchery" in norco ca. 4 bone in, turned out absolutely amazing, also trying out for the first time spritz king sweet and savory, really loved the taste of the ribs with the spritz, didn't take over the seasoning but really added to it. the total time with resting was about 6 hours give or take.
on a silly note I called the beef ribs st. Louis i believe towards the end, i laughed out loud when I heard that, sorry, guessing im thinking about pork ribs next again, later.
