Today I am sharing one of the famous street food of India. It is Fuchka, as it has variety of names Golgappa, Panipuri. 🌶️

Ingredients🌿
For Bhaja masala:
2tbsp whole coriander
2tbsp whole Jeera
1 tbsp saunf
2-3 elaichi
3-4 dry red chili
Pinch of salt
5-6 black pepper.
Imli water🌿
Imli paste
Bhaja masala 2 tbsp
1 TSP green chill paste
Salt, black salt, red chili powder
Lemon juice
Chopped coriander
Water as required
Ice cubes.
Aloo mash/ pitika🌿
Boiled Aloo
Boiled chana( you can use white peas)
Salt, black salt, red chili powder
Imli water, coriander, green chili paste.
Bhaja masala
