After a week of shifting boxes, scrubbing floors and just about everything in our new home, parkrun was the perfect remedy to shake off the cobwebs and get back running! Our first time at Barnstaple parkrun, and what a parkrun it is! 2 and half flat laps around a picturesque park and alongside an estuary. What more could you ask for at 9am on a Saturday morning?
