I’ve been wanting to run at Woolacombe Dunes parkrun ever since we moved to North Devon. Almost entirely on sand and, as the name suggests, there’s a fair few tasty dunes thrown in for good measure! It’s the second toughest parkrun course in the UK and, not being one to shy away from a challenging trail, I couldn’t wait to get going! And it didn’t disappoint! Golden sands, panoramic vistas and lots and lots and lots of beach!
