In this tutorial, I show you how to make these very glamorous and glitzy Gold Unicorn Cupcakes.
I’ve used my Vanilla Sponge Cupcake recipe with some colourful sprinkles to make funfetti cupcakes:

I’ve used a Swiss Meringue Buttercream here but my American Buttercream will work just as well:

White Modelling Paste (Saracino)
2.5cm circle cutter
1.5cm circle cutter
Gold Sparkle Edible Lustre – Sugarflair
Paintbrush
Rejuvenator fluid
Sugarflair Paste Pastel food colours – Baby Pink, Lavender and Daffodil
Wilton Gel food colour – Royal Blue
Piping bag
Piping tip – 1B
Sprinkles – Sweetopolita Razzle Dazzle (Metallic pearls) and Wanderlust
