Hello and Welcome to Day 2 of our challenge.
Today’s focus will be on learning how to ground your practice. Mountain pose (Tadasana) or standing pose is fundamental in Yoga. If you work on your form in standing pose, this can help your alignments in many other poses. Join me to practice this grounding pose with some extra neck and shoulder exercises to open the heart.
