American Bonsai Association Sacramento is happy to present a new episode of ABAS Seasonal Care. This series will demonstrate steps to improve your trees using four trident maples and four shimpaku junipers in differing stages of development. Renee Seely and Carmen Scott give tips on caring for bonsai trees in the seasons of the year. This video presents continuing summer activity on trident maples from a very young starter tree to a show ready mature specimen. Summer is the best time to prune, wire and style junipers.
