This is a one pot meal that is so fast to make. You can eat this dish within one hour from start to finish. It is a favorite Filipino recipe that everyone loves. The vinegar and soy sauce balance the taste so it isn't too sour or too salty. There are variations of it where some people brown the meat first and some people add other ingredients. Make a big pot and you'll see it disappear fast.
