Time to get strategic if I ever want to secure a 10 minute plank ⬇️
THAT BEING SAID: I’m still stoked on the progress I’ve made.
Just 16 days ago I struggled with 3 minutes and today I did 6 solid minutes +4 with taking lifting my arms and taking turns resting each shoulder 😬.
I want o be able to do all 10 minutes without lifting my arms from the ground!
To do this I’m going to incorporate:
fairly heavy lateral raises to build strength in the mid delts
a light weight comprehensive strength and mobility exercise
skin the cat for overall mobility of the rotator cuff
pike pushups to get used to supporting myself upside down
