Hollow Body Exercises:
Complete exercises then rest for 5-10 seconds between each, or with no rest for harder version.
Do 3 sets.
10X V-Up
10X Alternate V-Up
10X Tuck-Up
10X Hollow Rock
10X Reverse V-Up
10X Oblique Crunch (Both Sides)
30 Second Hollow Body Hold
Seated exercises:
Repeat exercises for 30 seconds with 5 second rest in between.
Plank walker:
Repeat for 60-90 seconds.
