40 Minute Shaky Muscle Upper Body Strength Class -Have you tried one of my strength classes yet? It's like an old school pump class. Lots of volume and definitely shaky arms! We will be doing this in rep range, so 8,16,24,32 reps. Listen to my counting and change when I change. It's a fabulous upper body strength workout and your muscles will certainly be sore tomorrow.

You will need a variety of dumbbells
