Join me for another sewing adventure as I make some very frilly Victorian combinations! Made using an 1881 pattern (Correction: the book was published in 1918, I mixed up the various years in the book details and say the wrong date several times throughout the video. I didn't realize my mistake until editing my video about the coordinating corset cover) and inspired by a variety of pairs of combinations from the 1880s through the early 1900s, I’m excited to add these to my small, but slowly growing collection of historical and history-inspired clothing. With these finished, I’m one step closer to a full set of late-Victorian undergarments, so keep an eye out for more 1880s and 90s projects in the near(ish) future!
