While Johnny recovers from feeling unwell, we take Benji on a countryside walk and stumble across an abandoned watchman's cottage in the graveyard. We uncover a surprising connection: a sandstone fireplace strikingly similar to the one just installed in our home, proving our design is perfectly in keeping with the area’s history.

Finally, the stoves are installed, the cottage is back to normal, and we celebrate Hogmanay in true Scottish style. Johnny, as the first footer, brings in coal and whisky, symbolising warmth and prosperity for the year ahead.
