please don't get me wrong guys, this is my IDEAL university morning routine + it deffo doesn't look like this all the time! for example today haha i was up editing this until past 1am and now i have a class in 1.5 hours that i haven't finished homework for... so here i am having only done my meditation, skipped the yoga and workout and will grab a banana and run out the door 🤦🏻‍♀️
so just know i'm not perfect but this is a guide i like to use and if i do 2 or 3 of the activities i always feel better at uni!
