This 10 Min Pregnancy Stretching sequence is wonderful to avoid and reduce any prenatal pain and to relieve stress. With these stretches we will work on different muscle groups that will often create some tension in a prenatal body. We will stretch the neck, shoulders, hips, back and more and even do exercise to reduce sciatica, round ligament or pelvic pain.
