PRF which stands for "platelet rich fibrin", is a procedure that we provide to our patients.
PRF is a matrix of concentrated platelets, white blood cells and fibrin which is derived from the cells in your own blood. The samples are placed in our specially calibrated centrifuge which allows us to utilize the samples in the healing process related to various surgical procedures.
PRF is highly recommended in dental surgery procedures and has been scientifically proven to help with the body's healing and regeneration, and it's been shown to substantially decrease post-operative complications.
