How to use :

1) As a medicine for the thyroid gland.
Recommended dosage : 0.25 ml
Consume it directly with the help of an eye dropper or blend it with your beverage of choice. Either drink it every 3 days, or take a week's rest after using it every day for 14 days in a row. Do NOT consume it twice within 24 hours.

2) To counter radiation.
An adult person needs to consume daily 130 mg of pure iodine for 14 days in a row. This tincture is not 100% iodine and includes more antibiotics. To avoid poisoning yourself, read carefully the next steps. Consume daily 0.50 ml for up to 14 days in a row. Then, take a rest for one week. Along with the drinkable dosage, apply a bigger amount of the tincture on your skin. Let the rest of the needed iodine be absorbed through the skin. This coating will also help to shield you. Do NOT drink the next dosage within the same 24 hours.

3) Water purifier and disinfectant.
A 0.25 ml drop is enough to fully purify one and a half liters (50 ounces) of water. Give to your bottle a good shake and wait for a few minutes. Drink it as it is if you haven't had your daily dosage yet, or use an iodine neutralizer pill. (It can be easily found in survivalist / camping stores). If you can't find any pills, then use Vitamin C from any source. Example : orange juice. Keep adding drops of the juice until the water has a clean color again.

4) Wounds, parasites and fungal infections.
With the help of an eye dropper, directly apply the tincture on your infection, parasite or wound. Apply it in water like an essential oil and soak in your infected area or feet for general use to detox. No specific dosage is needed to be mentioned, as there is no danger when using it this way.
