Last year I dealt with some breakage and I’m now trying to recover from it. I’m being intentional with my deep condition routines. Deep conditioning is one of my favourite routines to really cater to my hair.
In this video I’m sharing step by step how I apply a conditioner to my hair and focussing on my problem areas.
