Day 16 of my micro locs journey and I was all set to wash my hair—braid and banded, ready to go—until I realized… no hot water! 😩 So I pivoted, wrapped my locs up, and gave them a few more days to marinate in that good protective energy.
Fast forward to Day 19: It’s officially wash day! I walk you through how I finally got to cleanse my scalp, still in braid-and-band mode to protect my budding locs.
