Did you forget to thaw your Boston Butt before the cookout? Today I'm testing to see if we can make good pulled pork BBQ from a 9.5 pound fully frozen Boston Butt. I'll be smoking the pork butt on the Oklahoma Joe's Bronco, using the Chefs Temp S1 and Breezo fan.
