We are back with our New Vlog, its continuation of our Karnataka-One State, Many Wonders! travel series .

In this vlog we are sharing our first day's experiences in the famous Magical Mysore city also known as Mysuru and it is considered to be the cultural capital of Karnataka . It is one of cleanest and well planned city in India . We entered the Mysore on auspicious eve of Vijayadashami (Dasara) and trust me the entire city was looking absolutely beautiful . The brightly illuminated Mysore Palace and the entire city is a sight to behold. Mysuru Dasara is India's most extraordinary Dussehra celebration, with magnificent processions, cultural events, fairs, and exhibitions. This ten day's festival is celebrated with great pomp and show, attracting tourists from worldwide.
We also got the chance to try some famous local delicacies, and visited Hotel Hanumanthu which is famous among locals for its Mutton Pulav and other non vegetarian dishes (its located at Akbar road, Mandi Mohalla, Mysuru) . Also tried some delicious vegetarian fast food near Gandhi square . We also purchased Mysore silk saree at only Rs.398.
