Ingredients:
6 to 12 pcs ripe Saba bananas
1 cup freshly grated coconut
½ cup condensed milk or ¼ cup brown sugar (adjust to taste)
2 tbsp margarine or butter
¼ cup grated cheese
Crushed peanuts or extra coconut for topping
Instructions:
Boil or steam saba bananas until tender.
Peel, cut, and mash while still warm.
Add grated coconut, condensed milk or sugar, margarine, and cheese.
Mix until smooth and creamy.
Plate, brush with margarine, and top with coconut or peanuts.
