This all levels slow yoga flow goes at a pace that you can be truly present and choose how to nourish your body in which shape. There are a few funky transitions and tricky poses offered; however there are options available that you can take depending on how your individual body is feeling.
There is a balance of ease and flow, with a little discomfort and challenge - as discomfort generates change. However - any pain calls for modifications, kindness and adjustment. It is also welcomed to choose a gentle option if that is what your body calls for on this particular day.
We work towards the arm balance crow - however once again, this is optional and there are levels of transitions available.
There is a short meditation / mindfulness practice at the beginning and the end of the class.
Always listen to your body and adjust where necessary for your individual needs.
