MAFÉ 🇲🇱 🇸🇳//SAUCE PATE D'ARACHIDE ||THE FAMOUS PEANUT-BUTTER SAUCE WITH MEAT

Hello everybody, in today’s video we will be cooking Mafé "Sauce d’arachide" (in French) a long-simmered peanut butter sauce originally from Malian. It is very popular in Western Africa and is made with some vegetables and meat. I added yet (dried snail) and okra for more flavor....well, glad I did, because it was soooo delicious!!!!

Full list of ingredients

1 1/2 of beef meat
*****3.5 liters of water*****
2 1/2 spoons of creamy peanut butter
2 medium potatoes
2 carrots
2 medium onions
4 habanero peppers
Half of bell pepper, red pepper & green onion
2 tbsp of nokhoss (parsley mixture)
2 1/2 tbsp of tomato paste
2 tbsp of garlic
1 yet (dried snail)
2 tbsp of smoked fish powder
2 tbsp of shrimp powder
1 tbsp of crunch okra
Garlic powder - Onion powder - Salt and Maggie Cube (Season to taste)
