Diane Haughton was scheduled to appear in a Beverly Hills court on March 24, 2025 to "show cause" for 'Contractual Fraud' case that Blackground Records filed against her mid July 2024.
As of February 28, 2025, Blackground's legal representative (Rickey Ivie) entered a voluntary request for "Dismissal without Prejudice". The docket details state "Request for dismissal, Before trial not following ADR or more than 60 days since ADR". In this video, I break down (to my best knowledge) of what all of this terminology actually means.
Ultimately, the case was temporarily dismissed (again... temporarily, not permanently).
