This PoC demonstrates the use of Power Virtual Agent to raise a Purchase Request (PR). The bot is deployed in the Microsoft Teams channel which is one of the commonly used collaboration platforms. Bot captures details required to raise a PR and the same is passed to Microsoft D365. The business logic is controlled using Power Automate Flow, a low code tool from Microsoft. The admin team is notified about PR created in D365 with details so that they can act on the same.
