I’m so excited to bring you inside Champs Elysium Gym in St. Petersburg, Florida — Derek Lunsford’s brand new training facility! This was my first time testing out the incredible new Techno equipment and let me tell you, it was next level.

I’m just one week post-competition, feeling refreshed, healthy, and ready to push through a fun, high-volume session. In this video, I walk you through a variety of machines I’ve never used before — focusing on glutes, quads, hamstrings, chest, back, and shoulders. Along the way, I share tips on hypertrophy rep ranges, rest periods, recovery, and how to optimize your training no matter your level.
