Ingredients:
1. Dough:
Yogurt 200 g
Instant dry yeast 3 g (1 tsp)
White sugar 15 g (1 tbsp)
1 egg (60 g)
Plain flour/all purpose flour 280 g (2 cup)（or bread flour 280 g）
Salt 1.5 g (1/4 tsp)
Vegetable oil 30 ml (2 tbsp)（25 g）
2. Filling:
Yogurt 300 g
Corn starch 30 g (3 tbsp)
White sugar 30 g (2 tbsp)
Unsalted butter 10 g
Egg wash
Mode size: 23*33 cm
Preheated oven at 180℃/356 ℉ bake for 15 -18 minutes until golden brown
