4-6 to 8 oz salmon filets
4-6 Yukon large size gold potatoes
9 oz. Fresh spinach
1-8 oz. Block cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan & Romano Cheese
All purpose seasoning (salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder)
Lemon pepper seasoning
Old Bay
Smoked Paprika
Garlic and Herb Seasoning
Avocado oil
1 sprig each of thyme and rosemary
2 Tbsp Unsalted butter
2 tsp garlic paste or 4 cloves minced garlic
