Soft, fluffy and delicious homemade Chicken Bread filled with a creamy chicken stuffing. This bakery-style chicken bread is perfect for tea time, lunch boxes or family gatherings. Ingredients:
All-purpose flour
Instant yeast
Sugar
Salt
Oil / butter
Milk or warm water
Chicken Filling:
Boiled chicken (shredded)
Onion
Garlic
Black pepper
Salt
Chili flakes
Soy sauce
hot sauce
vinegar
Oregano
Capsicum
mozzarella cheese
Method:
Knead soft dough using flour, yeast, sugar, salt and liquid. Rest until doubled.
Cook chicken filling with onion, garlic and spices. Let it cool.
Roll dough, fill with chicken mixture and shape bread.
Proof again, brush with egg or milk.
Bake until golden and soft.
