Installing the Dual 5 LED headlight on the 2020 Husqvarna 701 enduro LR is easy and makes a big impact on your safety and fun.
Obviously, in the lighting department Dual Sport Bikes like the 2020 Husky 701 enduro LR are at a distinct disadvantage compared with bigger Adventure Bikes. That said, virtually every motorcycle could use more lighting for two simple reasons…it’s just so important to see and be seen.
So the first step in this process is to upgrade to a much brighter replacement headlight. Installing the Dual 5 LED headlight serves this purpose well.
The brightness is boosted from 1200 and 1500 lumens on the stock unit to 2200 and 5500 lumens on Low and High beams respectively. The installation is basically plug and play, and thanks to the anodized aluminum bits it also looks much better than the stock unit.
Best of all we are now one step closer to turning this 2020 Husqvarna 701 enduro LR into what could be the ultimate adventure bike without going full blown Rally conversion. The goal here is to build a bike that can go anywhere and do anything...better than my GS or other 400-500 + pound adventure bikes that are so popular these days. ...Well at least that's the goal of the 30 plus modifications that are planned for this Husky 701 enduro.
