Hey Yogis - Let's get into some intentional movement and create some space in the body in this 13 minute standing flow.
The invitation here is to focus on rooting down to lift up. What I mean by that is send your energy and focus down into the earth. From there, you can grow with integrity. We need foundation and stability first in order to move through our asanas with integrated strength.
We will stay completey on our feet for this one. Following our movements with our breath and flowing like the ocean waves. 🌊
This is a diverse flow. We will move through side body stretches, folds, bounces and shakes and even some strong holding poses.
This may be a quick practice but it's certainly not short of activating and strongly beneficial.
