Diet and protein Rich Moong Cheela
Ingredients
100 gms moond dal
1 sliced green chili
2 TS cumin seeds
4-5 fenugreek seeds
Small piece ginger
Pinch of hing
Half TS Turmeric powder
Half TS Red chili powder
1 TB grated Carrot
1 TB chopped Capsicum, Tomato, Onion
Half TB salt (as per taste)
Method
Wash Moong dal 2-3 times with water and Soaked for 2-3 hours then in mixer grinder add soaked moong dal, green chilli, ginger, cumin seed, fenugreek seeds, hing, Turmeric powder, red chili powder then grind it. Take a bowl and add grind mixture then add carrot, Onion, capsicum, Tomato then add water as per requirement. Heat a tawa sprinkle some oil then pour small amount of batter on tawa in round shape. Cooked moong Cheela from both the sides
