Today I am sharing a delicious dessert recipe.. its not the most slimming recipe, but its worth every calorie in it!!!
INGREDIENTS:
Lemon Curd
Butter
Brioche Bread
500ml Custard (good quality)
300ml Single Cream
To make your own lemon curd:
3 Eggs
3 Egg Yolks ( in addition to the 3 eggs)
230g Caster sugar
185ml Lemon Juice
1tspn Vanilla Extract
70g Butter
Add sayer, lemon juice, whole eggs, yolks and vanilla into a heat proof bowl and whisk. Boil some water in a pan and place your heat proof bowl over the top and gently cook for 15 minutes stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat and whisk in the butter. Strain the mixture through a sieve to remove any lumps.. let the lemon curd cool :)
