I'm really excited to share this video, our most ambitious and challenging quartet cover so far! I've been wanting to arrange some battle music for a while but it is always difficult to find a way to make it work for string quartet - but the symphonic version of Blinded by Light from the credits of Lightning Returns inspired me to try this one and make it work!

This arrangement is mainly based on the second half of Light Eternal, the ending credits music from Lightning Returns - I actually was lucky enough to play on this track for the official OST, since it was recorded in Nashville! Some of the quartet members played for that session as well so it was especially fun to play it again in a chamber music setting :)

Sorry about the bad lighting compared to the previous video - I did my best with the editing but it was a cloudy day and the sun disappeared while we were recording (!) So we just couldn't get as much light in the room as we did for the first video, but I hope you enjoy watching anyway :)
