Hello, I'm Jim, a 45 yearold marathoner from Kansas City, and author of the running & fitness blog ... www.50after40.blogspot.com. I've ran 27 marathons after the age of 40, hopefully on my way to running one in every State - and ran my 3:10 best at Richmond last year at age 44. I've been very fortunate along the way to experience great health, and strong hips for running have been a big reason why.
