POV Hardened Titanium CNC Machining of a Complicated Sleeve

Recently machined a nice Titanium part on our DN Puma and our Mori Seiki. The material was roughed out first and heat treated. After it came back we got our hands on it and went to town. Along the Titanium part I made an Aluminum sample part to prove out all aspects of the job. The Titanium material especially after heat treating was too expensive a screw up, so it made sense to make a test piece. The OD holes were threaded at the end, but I did not catch that aspect on video.
The most difficult aspect of this job was the ID Angled Radius Groove. Had to get creative in getting the reach and angle of the tool.
Got it done and the customer was happy. So we are happy.
